Biting is already announced as against the rules before you post a battle, so that rule is pretty void to my statement.

A public ruleboard would be beneficial to everyone, no one wants to get banned for "spreading lies" on some eth shit so make that public and people won't. The staff has made it quite obvious there are some... obscure rules in the book, so the only reason I can think of as to why they wouldn't is so they could make random shit up to ban people they feel need to be banned...

I'd love to hear some counterarguemnts though, like why publicizing a ruleboard would be non-beneficial. Maybe I'm wrong.
