@Jason , I meant neutral in a legal sense… as in the rules be applied fairly and equally… I'm not trying to take EtH's side as much as understand why the rules were applied the way they were…

This is more for me… whatever happens with EtH, happens. That sheep fucker probably got himself into whatever he is in by pushing it as Just C just mentioned….. but I still want to understand for the sake of understanding
