A lot of powerful black figures like MJ & Jay-Z start off as humble figures that are about the people. When they get money they feel they transcended their own races and instead view the divisions in our society by wealth. The color lines are gone for niggas like them. All they see is the money

The major distributers are equally as guilty….. WALMART. I do agree that marketing schemes of limiting production to increase value is classic capitalism on MJ's part, but he is lower on the totem pole than the distributers….. Think De Beers diamond monopoly been doing that scheme for years.
I also agree 100% that $$ often goes to peoples' heads and makes them forget the communities they could be helping.
