it sounds like we're trying to justify recycling by saying its giving them a chance for lyrics to be heard by another audience, but really its allowing them to reuse their most effective rhymes repeatedly to get the same end result....im done rambling

Listen man. People in the hip hop industry. Whether small or large write to have their material heard. Whether you're and an MC, Ghostwriter or Textcee. The majority rules. You're forgetting we're a very small niche section. So we don't set the standard. Common sense must prevail and common sense says what you write can be used to SAY IT OUT LOUD ON A MICROPHONE.
