& There is no redundancy in saying PhDs and degrees.. Degrees entails every kind of degree there is pther than PhDs in that context. Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc..... a PhD is a doctorate degree and the highest degree you can have. For the sake of not listing the lesser degrees, I said PhDs & degrees. And again, degrees entails every other degree that isn't a PhD
