if the findings are true it should be adressed with the other mods when discussing who should be invited to the ROTY.. not in this thread... and it would be a great 'personal' if it is proven to be true, in a standard battle.... thats my whole point.. obviously if someone purposely makes a new account every year just to enter the ROTY.. that is straight retarded and should be bannable for blatant stupidity..
