Legally? yes, unless it is copywritten material. Facebook is a public access website. There's a reason they have privacy options. Because if you use them you're safe from this kind of thing, if you don't use them then oh well tough shit.
As far as the L.B rule on this I don't know. If everything he got is accessible through a simple search then I think he's fine, because I'm sure it's only private information gained via a hack or duping a friend request to a private profile.
How can her name be private information when it's pasted on the internet?
