So jumping straight in, I have a PERFECT example of what annoys me about D-Dimes and Mac Lucci.

You’ve got Save America. It has a nice westcoast beat, some good enough rapping, a solid track.
Next one is NW$, a song that starts with some complete faggot saying “I’m a pretty nigga” with that shit swag feeling to it.

I wish both of them would just stay consistent with what they wanted to do. If they want to bring the westcoast back like they claim, they need to get off that Lil Wayne and Drake bullshit.

Prometheus and O Dogg are another set of nice tracks. When he’s on, he makes really nice tracks. If he could only stick to his nice style, he’d make a really dope as fuck album.

More nice tracks firing out. Yet again, nothing on youtube for me to really post with it though. Sucks cause there’s a few nice ones here that are worth remembering.

Throughout most of tapes, I’ve noticed that he usually brings a nice track if Maine Beatz is producing. I should have a look into other artists they are producing for.

A song which mentioned his “brother Trayvon”. It seems that he’s actually referring to his brother Trayvon which is good. I wasn’t looking forward to his social commentary attempts.

He made a track, called Slaves, in which he’d tell his master on the plantation to fuck off. Yeah, he’s the black guy talking about his ancestors and I know more about that shit than him.

Overall, a very nice album. Probably his best yet. With the exception of I think like 2 or 3 bad songs, everything was nice, and original sounding. 8 is too high, and 7.5 is too low.

7.75/10
