Also I agree with 'Work hard, eat healthy, keep natural' .. Ain't no better feeling than knowing you've accomplished something because of your natural ability.. just sometimes certain people need that kick.

I ain't tryna be one of those people though.. I do it for my own personal well being.. Being the strongest version of myself is the best feeling after all. Fuck being half the person you could be.. An I ain't just talkin physical strength/size, but also mental - A good standard of living (eating healthy, exercise, sleep, sex, laughter, learning) will also benefit your mental health.
