I wouldn't take supplements anyways. What's the point in them? I understand if you're doing sports and you need to watch calorie intakes so you replace food with supplements as a source of vitamins or some shit. If you're just working out on your own, what's the point in all that shit?
It reminds me of this Sean T teleshopping shit that's always on. "Do my high intensity interval training every day, and you can be in the shape you want after just 3 months". So in short, work out a shit load for 3 months every single day, and you'll get in good shape.
