Anybody that likes to keep fit, healthy, ripped.. whatever;

I just joined the Marines and I've gotta get super fit in order to pass various tests to get my green beret - But I know dudes that have used pre-workouts such as 'Craze' and 'BEAST' .. but they got tested positive for stimulants.. God knows how these companies can sell such products legally when they contain what I can only imagine to be some form of cocaine/amphetamine in them.. an ya boy been using them for a couple years now.. oops

So I found a new pre-workout.. Simple, fast, disgusting (like all supplements).. but it's overdrive!

Ingredients; 1-3 scoops of instant coffee granuels (depending on your caffiene tolerance) mixed with a 'decent' amount of Pepsi.. Yes.. Pepsi.

The caffiene overload just brings immense stamina to your game; The shit is unbelievable and probably less harmful than all these other whack supplements that are sold wordwide.

So if you relyin on creatines, pre-workouts.. steroids.. blah blah blah - Don't. Just try this concuction and go pump that iron - I guarantee you'll notice a rise in stamina, which means more gains!

Also.. 1-3 scoops of coffee + 100-200ml of Pepsi = £1? x 20 days a month exercise = £20-ish a month ... Other supplements = £50-80-ish a month.

You're welcome
