Arrow No Lux at SM3?

Hollow recently tweeted that Lux was looking for $40,000 to get back in the ring at SM3; given that Mook got $20k last time round for absolute garbage, is Lux worth the extra money? Sounds to me like he's looking for 30k - 10k per round - but using 40k as a bargaining point.

$40k for a battle? Has Lux gone mad, or is this a result of fans gassing him up/him being the only "big name" in battle rap, having featured on Mac Miller's album, collabing with Meth & Redman & Fab etc, with high profile fans such as Busta, Diddy and Hove?

This battle has been the most anticipated battle in years, I'd be highly disappointed if it never went down due to Lux being priced out of the market.

Also rumoured to be locked in is Surf vs Mook, as well as Diz tweeting that he's been asked to battle on the SM3 card; I'd assume vs Hitman or an equally big performer but no opponent has been hinted at yet, that's purely speculation (and a battle I'd love to see).

Anyway, what's your take on it? Is SM3 worth even holding without Lux? Given that SM is arguably the biggest event in battle rap; if they cannot lock in the biggest name in battle rap, how can they top the NOME3 event, or even SM2?
