I think I know why that austism kid say "eff" instead of "fuck" kids like him drool saliva down the mouth all the time. now if they say "eff" it will hold their saliva in, but if they say "fuck" they pretty much physically spit out saliva. R o w, u gotta practice to close ur mouth fully, I know it's hard from all the gagging ur doing to grizzeat but try, one day u will be like all of us and say "fuck" without drowning half the population with ur smelly spit bruh, just saying. not murking u.
