That would of been hard to see a rapper outsell Pac if he was still alive since he only dropped 4 albums when was alive and still in the top 3 highest selling rapper list
Snoop was never as big as Pac in fact Snoop was only as strong as Dr. Dre and it showed after Doggystyle he continued going down hill without production from Dre
