Yeah I kinda agree with u there. R o w is just a fucked up kid who's pretending to be black and pretending to make a point when he's a white boy sitting at home typing with his nerdy glasses. Anyone can say what ever the fuck they want on the Internet. But in real life no white person dare say to a black man "nigga". Unless they are very close or they want to get named and shamed. But on here nigga is nigga, it can pretty much be short for country Nigeria or Niger.
