Just C, that's because you perfect.
As for depression: Tidying, work, music, reading and exercise. Pessimistic, depressive and anxious thoughts don't stand a chance against staying active. I suppose all I really need is a guitar, a shelf of books, a job, a gym and a tidy house. Think I got a lot of my depression and anxiety from my mum, still am open to arguments about it being a chemical thing and not hereditary. Maybe a mixture of both. Regardless, I know that changing your diet can massively affect it. Alcohol can lead to deep depression and caffeine can lead to crippling anxiety. I remember cutting down on caffeine around a year ago and the first few weeks were like a completely different life to me.
