they can make all the threats they want. It's basic stuff, if u have more money u can buy more better weapons and destroy the opposition. South Korea is capable of doing that. I remember reading an article and the guy said that south korea would win however north korea would be able to put up a fight for two or three days. And i agree...the north doesn't have the economic strength to go the distance and a war is unlikely to happen.
