Why not, heres my two pence:

AfterThought Vs ViTRiOL
Im really looking forward to this read. I think AT has reached the point where he has to make the changes that bump him up to full blown heavyweight or he never will. Vitty on the other hand is one of the most underrated textcees on the site, period. This battle will be a big turning point for both imo. If both bring there a-game then this will be battle of the round. I think AT goes in as the favorite, but the pen game is very even.

Lizman Vs HVK
C'mon now.

TalkSick Vs Swishha
Sick Vs DeNiro? Two LB old timers here. Both seem to be in a run of poor form which adds to the unpredictablity of this clash. Mikey has the more universally accepted style which probably gives him the edge going in. TalkSick will want to prove a point after number of remarks have been made against his worthiness as a champion, and i think a slight upset is on the cards here.

GRizzEAT Vs Clawmaster
This will be dope as hell. Grizzy has had the best year of his LB life and is on a great run of form. The grand championship is the missing piece from Grizzy's trophy case and i think this will motivate him to drop his best stuff here. Now for Orc (Claw), this guy is considered a legend on a few other sites and is still making the style adaption needed to succeed here. His verses are constantly improving and with more care towards his appearance (name and avy) he could become a legit heavyweight. Orc is probably the cleaner writer, while Grizzy has a swag that appeals to many. Similar to the AT/Vitty battle, this is one thats going to be very close in the text box, but Grizzy's stature will make him appear the favorite upon entering.

SIDENOTE: Minus Lizman, the top section of the tourney brackets is STACKED!

Duh Great Whyte Vs ProspectJS
Two guys i feel are close in terms of ability. I think DGW is a little more polished as a writer and has the slight edge in this one.

Jimmy Dean™ Vs CakedOut
Jimmy is still riding the momentum from his ROTY victory, and i think he'll be too strong for Caked here.

Phenomonon Vs Fiji Osa
This will be an interesting one here. Fiji's style doesnt translate as well to text as i think he'd like, but his presence alone almost commands attention when he battles. I personally however think Phenon will be too much for Osa in the creativity and punchlines department. Phenon like Vitty is one of the more underrated textcee active.

Streetz Da Hood Vs SluggoVonPunch
This will be very close i think. Streetz is in real need to a big performance after years of just hanging around the mid tier of the sites textcees. Sluggo is an up and coming battler and those two dynamics will really make this interesting. I think Streetz expierence will give him a slight edge.

Paragenik Vs Molly
Based on form i'd would be forced to go with Para, but i think Molly knows this tourney is there for the taking and i expect him to rally and start showing the form that has given him such a potent reputation.

Anarchist Vs Mind Fuck
Another one that has two guys who's pen-games are quite even. MF is probably the more expierenced and i'd give him the slight edge here.

Raw™ Vs Unyqe
Two guys who are still struggling slightly to master the fundamental elements of battling. Both will need personal best performances to venture much further into this tournament.

Obey™ Vs Unanimity
Im not that familiar with either of these guys, its a toss up to me, so i'll go with the one who has left more of a mark on my memory banks.

ADvOcAtE™ Vs The Black Book
Trying a new style in the middle of a tournament is a brave decision but it seems to be paying off for Book who hasnt looked better. I think this battle will be fairly one-sided with Book in good form.

Neighbor Vs Ateleron
Telly is the more expierenced but has gotten into some very bad habits which limits his future potential. Neighbor is the opposite, still a little green but improving little by little. Telly has a lot to prove and i think he might have the fire to make the changes he needs to make.

Fame Vs Dissizit
Ever since his live battling career began Fame has largely struggled to make any impact in the text format at all. The comedic dont flop style of writing translates terribly to the textbox which exposes its lack of creativity and complexity. How close this battle is will be down to how much Fame can seperate his live style from the sort of material he'll need to become a factor in text battling. Dissizit has many detractors which are mostly due to himself, as his wording can be very poor at times. I think Diss's conceptual game will shine through and thats the reason many people rate him highly. The wording is a massive issue and due to that the result of this battle could be very close. If both bring there a-game, i think Diss will have the edge.

An interesting round with much more close battles than we usually see in round two. Good luck to all!
