@Fame - Well, we can get into technicalities here. Babies do sleep in NURSERY homes.. I guess the picture doesn't support that, but lets say it's some doped out grandma who's watching the babies at the NURSERY home. Grandma found the stash, smoked a little Bubble gum kush and used a diaper as the papers. Now she's toking that shit all night long, she winds up accidentally giving a baby a blow dryer to play with in the tub to dry their selves off.
