surprised your friend who "lifts everyday" didnt tell you that

legs are arguably your most important workout period
how should i incorporate them in then??

this is my workout schedule


Sundahy- rest
Monday- chest
Tuesday - Biceps
Wednesday- Treadmill 20 minutes
thursday chest and shoulders
Friday - bicep , back
Saturday - chest / tricep
