1: i don't understand that question

2: you can find decent/good battles by asking the top tier battlers to battles, and also by challenging pretty decent battlers to battle and asking them if they down. Note: best way isn't by being cocky or over the top arrogant with your callouts.

3: Self voting is creating multi accounts (other accounts to vote on your battles) which is against the rules and will result in a ban from this site. Also, any type of self voting/cheating will result in a ban. So do not PM (Private Message) for votes either as you'll end up getting banned also.
