very technically speaking jay z apparently doesnt put pen to paper so altho his would be considered pre med its still technically off the top, method mans old frees r well worth a listen, mainly tho these days no one genuinely frees anymore, battles r all memorized and freestyles r all writtens over random beats. i also really enjoy a genuine free but its not the current clever backpack shit
