@Murderous Swag, I don't see you at fault here in anyway. You did what was proper and consulted a more experienced mod before taking action. @Jason, I'm with you. Recycling is recycling and I'm not sure how "official" that policy was.
However, Just C and @Mindless put that out to the public that it was okay to re-use verses/lines across formats. I don't know if or what type of collective staff discussion was held at that time about this or if there was ever any consensus or if it was something that just those two decided.
But the point is A LOT of people on the site as a result are under the impression that this is the policy.
We can decide now whether or not it is okay to recycle across formats (text/audio), but I think TALLY might have been under the impression that it was okay due to the thread by Just C and Mindless referred to above. His ban should be lifted because his confusion on the issue is partly our (staff) fault.
