couple more no shows for the week - lets try and get those down to zero...anywho

this week was something else..seems like every matchup ended in an upset...I caught the first wave of games and there was alot to see...Arizona somehow holding on to win, the Eagles/Ravens game, Cam and the Panthers upsetting the Saints (which may no longer be considered upsets if they keep playing the way they are)...even the Browns/ Bengals game had some exciting moments...the main thing im happy to see is that all the rookie quarterbacks stepped up and played well this week...it shows promise for teams like Seattle and Cleveland

the one thing im disappointed about is how the Lions played against the 49ers...this team is not neccessarily known for their offense, but they somehow continue to stomp the Lions defense...Alex Smith looked like Peyton Manning and no one was stopping Frank Gore...it didnt help that Matt Stafford looked nervous as all hell in the pocket...he over-threw wide open recievers, continued his interception streak, and just down right looked amatuer...i expect the Lions to fully bounce back against the Titans this weekend so hopefully that game will get them back on track

its definitely going to be a long season..
