I've only read this page but biting or using another persons line without their consent or prior consent rather has always been a ban-worthy offense. Not on any ones side on this shit either just stating from past incidences from this site. Phil has skill on riding a beat and producing lines. Did he bite? I don't know... nor do I give a fuck...
