I did back in the day ...i never saw the actual benifit tbh .. they say its about timing .. but it's no timing that'll help u in a fight... it's rhythmic timing... it's prolly a better help with rapping ... lmao... it just looks fancy ... lol... your right though.. shit'll come back pretty quick ...( i hope).. im just doing some basic fitness right now.. skipping .. pads.. bags .. etc .. techniqe feels less than sharp yeah... but im only a few weeks back in after years .. ask me again in a moth or so
