This is how it works.
First off. No I don't need both party's consent.
2ndly I can only re open or reverse battles which are seen by me (after listening) to be an obvious robbery for the loser. I'm talking the winner being totally all out ass while the loser who approaches for the reversal me was decent to great
If this is the case, which I have no doubt it WILL be in your's and Doc's case, I will be reversing the battle and handing the win to Doc T.
