If you honestly think its a hate vote then it can be deleted. Realistically though he was worried you'd think it WAS a hate vote because of forum drama, so put that in his comment. He's a pretty innocent guy and don't think he'd do that but if any mod agrees with you then get it deleted.. An i won't bitch lol
