If I win any large amount in the lotto, the first thing I'm doing even before helping out friends and family is hiring a financial consultant. Someone that will tell me the best businesses to invest in so that I can continue to make more money. I'd also be looking into how to make money from my own talents and what talents I'd need to acquire in order to effectively manage my new-found fortune. I'd probably end up going back to school. 177 million can be spent in a day if you're not careful. If you all of a sudden acquire a luxurious lifestyle without any means of having more income coming in, that money will be spent before you know it.
