That sounds good @Pugz. I would say 2 a day though. We want to control it but not strangle the users. Someone Might have a solo track and a crew collab they want to upload. And that seems fine to me. Any more in 24 hours is over kill.

I didn't think of a Scroll bar though. That's a good idea. I think having both 2 in 24 and a scroll bar would be perfect. See what you can work out.
