None of us know for sure whether phil saw the URL vid before he used that line in the battle. Coincidences do happen. At the same time, the word for word similarity is pretty obvious and the timing, with the video being about a week old, is pretty suspect too. Phil is a talented dude, no doubt. But to everyone saying "I don't understand why someone would bite a filler line", when has anyone biting anything ever been understandable? I don't think the fact that the line wasn't that hot or the fact that dude has skills should make us presume that there's probably no biting going on. EVERYONE, regardless of skill level should be questioned equally when something like this comes up.
With that being said, I do agree with the auto-loss/no ban decision.
