I don't expect 98% of people on here to understand it if your from another country because i know the meaning is not the same, (Most Canadians know this). The word actually stems from prisons/jails. Im not going to lie, i did acouple years in the penitentiary for some shit. If you wanted to insult someone drastically in there, "Goof" would be the word you use (It is what people originally called pedophiles, molesters, etc.... the real scum of the earth people)...and what better way to insult someone and make someone angry then to relate them to a fuckin weirdo pedophile. Like i said, the word stem's from that BUT it grew into a thousand different meanings (Faggot, pussy, etc, the list goes on) when the word hit the street. It is the only word in the English language that makes me want to wipe the floor with people who use it loosely.
