Rhyming Scheme/Flow- this is pretty fucking close. i feel like the rhyme schemes of both didnt outshine the other. ima give this a tie.
Vocabulary- vocab wise i felt this was Cath's. his word use with his rhymes seemed a slight bit more creative at times.
Topic/Meaning- Cath... the metaphor of a tidal wave was nice but the actually image of it stuck harder.
Storytelling/Progression- ok.. ima give this to FAME. he carried his story stanza by stanza a bit more quickly.
Emotion- this was pretty close to me. fuck. hate when its action versus heart. screw it. ima go wit FAME. his from start to finish was emotional while Cath's turned into a comedy about ignorance for a small time period then went back to seriousness.
Imagery- the description in Cath's drop sold this. the scene was painted a bit better
Poetic Techniques-FAME took this one. the metaphor of a tidal wave crashing on his life scooped this one ez.
Ending- Cath took this one. the lead up close to his ending coupled with the creativity of comparing ignorant americans with foreigners like that was very dope to me.

Overall- vote goes to Cath.
