That's the thing. I'm not talking about 3rd party swaying. I'm talking about the battlers themselves. 1 trying to sway the battle in his favour by discrediting his or her opponent. I think it's ez to judge. The 3rd party thing is too much as people can manipulate it to make people lose battles. Where as the battler himself isn't going to sway to make himself lose a vote. It means too much to him.
