I co-sign all the changes offered by Ticket. May also mentioned replacing an arena with a league format. Thats an idea as well. I think the implementation of blind drops would cut the legs out from under snipers.

A 1-5 battle rate system would compliment the blind drops as well. I still think 1-10 gets convoluded and people try but fail. 1-5 would be more efficient for current voters and easy to learn for newbs. \tangent
