I usually don't drop my say in threads like this... but this one is slightly redundant. I don't see how dropping less than what is expected is deserving of punishment. If anything, if he were to lose, it would be his own fault. If the case were that he went over, then some type of action could be taken and lets not forget that this is HIS tournament. He knows the guidelines he set. If he doesn't follow them and he losses, shouldn't that be gratifying enough? Although he's a trouble maker, he hasn't broken any rules that warrant any kind of reprimand.
