I wasn't interested in this topic like crazy until I realized Nas and AZ are pretty spiritually enlightened and they do shit like this. Nas studies our ancients, the origins of the truth. They both use their sub-conscious mind and the Law of Attraction to get what they want(Whole different topic, whole different thread). I studied ancient religions and I'm currently taking Philosophy classes.

I don't think Nas says anything for the sake of it rhyming. He's always bringing up real shit and if you pay attention to his lyrics he's always dropping knowledge. Maybe it's because he grew up a 5%-er (and so did AZ). But they always say powerful shit and AZ calls himself the "Visualizer", which also has everything to do with the Law of Attraction and the sub-conscious mind.
