Theoretically, it is possible for there to be BILLIONS of planets. We haven't explored much out of our own solar system, all we can rely on is satellite images and probes. Not only do they exist, but there are other races more powerful and intelligent than ours. They travel to our planet all the time, but we can't travel to theirs.
They shut down military aircraft using EMP's and other technology, and could probably fly circles around our aircraft before it could let off a missile.

And what do you think, how they were created, actually who created them ? How do you explain that ? Even if theory of "big bang" actually happened, how do you explain what led to big bang, how world looked before it ? Ask yourself & don't explain everything with science.
