Anyone of intelligence will tell you there's a better chance that aliens exist, as opposed to not existing.
Theoretically, it is possible for there to be BILLIONS of planets. We haven't explored much out of our own solar system, all we can rely on is satellite images and probes. There are planets suitable for sustaining life, but we do not have the technology to reach them....Such is the case for the other 100,000,000 planets that we've yet to reach.
Not only do they exist, but there are other races more powerful and intelligent than ours. They travel to our planet all the time, but we can't travel to theirs.
They shut down military aircraft using EMP's and other technology, and could probably fly circles around our aircraft before it could let off a missile.
