I can't certainly say they do, but the probability of their existence is high.
The sheer dynamics of star formation dictate the creation of the components of life. Water and rock are created with the formation of every star, at least in the modern age.
Furthermore, there are probably millions, billions of planets out there with water that exist in the habitable zone, we've started to find these planets already.
Considering that life has both grown and flouished tremendously on this planet, it's unfathomable to me that were the only ones out of billions of planets out there with the same fundamental conditions as ours to hold life.
