I don't rate myself highly. I just know where I stand. I've gone toe to toe with some of the best and I've come out victorious a few times. RULE of '09 doesn't rap like RULE from '11, I understand that.
but at the same time, pULSe from '09 didn't rap like pULSe from '11. So it balances itself out. Same with the WAR TANK situation and everyone else
