I still don't get how site battles don't work?

"Hey, want to do a site battle guys?"
"Yeah"
"# Text, # Audio, # Track, # GFX, # Topical"
"Sure, where can we host it?"
"Well, there are the active sites, 1, 2, 3 and 4."
"I guess we can do it on 4"
"Ok we got our team, have you?"
"Yeah"
...BATTLING...

Should be THAT simple.
