Yeah MMA only rose around the 90s. You can debate Bruce Lee or whatever but he never actually implimented it into a promotion. UFC 1 must have felt like Tekken or some shit when everyone heard about it. As it moves on, although people will learn more, I imagine that they will master those too. Guys like Silva or GSP dedicate their life to this shit, and there will be more just like that in the future who end up being kick boxing specialists like cro cop or andy hug, submission specialists like maia or mir and probably a third like judo or muay thai. Wrestling will die out with the evolution of submissions. Hell Royce beat a sumo wrestler, so I can only imagine that people like Nog and Royce will be heavily surpassed in submissions in the future.
