LB4 was suppose to have leagues i remembr that being discussed a few times.

it was suppose to be broken down in to light to heavy weight(along the lines of that) and in each class you was in you can only vote on those class members so that would avoid alot of dickriding and friend voting etc.

then you would work you way up,i always liked that idea
