I don't think the problem was lack of reward but that the wrong people were getting in and it became a status symbol instead of what it was meant to be. In other words, it got too big and was mismanaged which I will take some of the blame for. Especially when the user titles got involved.
I just left a message for X to reset all users VP back to 2. We'll have to wait and see now.
EDIT- No. No hidden votes. No more FVC. We don't need it. Everyone should just vote the way they're supposed to. Penalties will ensue for those that don't.
