Exactly, but doing something like this can vastyly improve it. And the hate voting thing is solved by the adaption to the ignore button. Yes you may have to suffer one unfair vote or two, but you can click ignore and everything is helped. And if these people were hate voters to begin with, they will not be made exclusive either way, and so can have zero effect on the battle's outcome.
