Ok, heres the deal with this. Violence has been the in thing ever since time began. Violence spread to gun crime around the time of pirates and discovery, thus making gun crime the new in thing. That eventaully spread to impoverished black communities who claimed it was a ''fight for survival'', when really it was to uphold the 'cool' image by complying with said in thing. Also, these black communities had adopted their heritidge music, rap, and then the two made the inevitable connection. Rap then spread, and promoted and furthered the violence popularity. As this is a rap website, and the battles we partake in are infact rap battles, it's quite obvious why the gun crime exists. Oh yes, that long philosophical post weed it back.
