Jay's a dope artist, no debating that... but all time number 1? Nah... Feel like its the norm to say and if you say otherwise, folks be at your neck, like you cannot say Jays number one, cause if you say he isn't people look at you funny... The man dropped some classics for sure but each year he dropped an album, a hotter and bigger project dropped and sold more units too.
