List is legit in ways, but then crazy in others lol I will say that Jay is def #1. If we're talking impact and just overall respect. If you ask majority of the rappers on that list whos the best majority would probably say Jay and thats saying a lot. Also Jay-z's reasonable doubt was a classic. And yall sleeping on American Gangster. That was my favorite Jay album. If you havent heard that joint it riiiiides from start to finish.
