Its a concept tournament, so you use the concept you're given in each round and write your bars using said concept.
So, if you get 90's cartoons as your concept, both you and your opponent will write all of your bars using 90's cartoons as concepts for each of your bars: Looney tunes, Chipmunks etc etc...
